What needs to be done when Agam Autopilot says compass 0 missing?

Typically this happens when you have connected a GNSS module which has a Magnetometer to the Autopilot. PX4 disables the internal Mag if an external Mag is detected. If you disconnect the GNSS module, now the system doesn't have an Mag which results in Compass 0 missing error. Search for the parameter CAL_MAG0_PRIO and set it to Medium(default) if it is Disabled. Set SENS_IMU_MODE = Disabled (0)

Reboot

Set EKF2_MULTI_IMU = 3
